Eva Yi Yang is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gordon & Rees and is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Gordon & Rees, she represented and defended individuals and corporations in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, insurance bad faith, personal injury, construction defect, employment, property damage, and general liability cases.
Ms. Yang holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School where she graduated Cum Laude in the top 10% of her class. She was on the Dean’s Honor List and selected to be a member of prestigious honor societies such as the Order of the Coif and the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. Ms. Yang was also awarded the highest grade in her class for Mergers & Acquisitions, California Civil Procedure, and Remedies. She was a senior editor in the Los Angeles Public Interest Law Journal and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Margaret M. Morrow in the United States District Court.
