San Diego Office Named One of San Diego's "Best Places to Work" by San Diego Business Journal

The San Diego office of Gordon & Rees has been selected as one of San Diego's "Best Places to Work" for 2010 in a survey conducted by the San Diego Business Journal.

In order to be considered, the office responded to an extensive Employment Benefits & Policies Questionnaire which counted twenty-five percent towards the evaluation. The remaining seventy-five percent was based on responses from attorneys and staff to an Employment Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. The questionnaire and survey focused on 8 Core Areas: Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits and Overall Engagement.
