Michael Miano has joined Gordon & Rees's Florham Park office as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Defense Practice groups.
Mr. Miano's broad range of commercial litigation experience includes representing corporations and officers in fraud, consumer fraud, breach of contract, negligence and employment discrimination matters. He also has significant professional malpractice defense experience, including the representation of attorneys, real estate brokers and appraisers. Mr. Miano has appeared before the New Jersey State and Federal Courts, as well as the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Mr. Miano earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2004 and his B.S. in Computer Science from William Paterson University in 1996.
