Her practice emphasizes resolving complex construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, and, when necessary, arbitration and litigation, on projects in California, nationwide, and internationally. She frequently addresses claims involving breach of contract, construction and design defects, liens, delays and impacts, construction defects, bonds and insurance issues (including among others, general liability, builder’s risk, professional liability and subcontractor default insurance), and represents many of the nation’s largest contractors and developers in the commercial, multifamily, and residential markets. She has defended all types of cases including mass actions and class action claims, defending residential homebuilders, commercial contractors, and design professionals.

In her employment practice, Radmacher handles sensitive discrimination, harassment, and assault claims for her clients, including complex franchise/corporations issues. She also has expertise in developing risk management protocols for her clients in both the construction, regulatory, and employment areas.

Radmacher is a skilled litigator and had secured multiple victories for her clients early in the litigation through aggressive law and motion practice, effective negotiation, and early dispute resolution techniques. She also has served as a private and court-appointed mediator.

In 2017, Racmacher was named to the Top 50 Most Influential Women Lawyers List by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
