J. Daniel Holsenback joins Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani as a partner in the San Diego office. Holsenback will be a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group.

Holsenback has tried more than 30 cases before juries, judges, and arbitrators. He has served as general counsel for a software company and a real estate investment company. He has also worked as a full-time neutral, mediating disputes in areas ranging from real estate to intellectual property, business and insurance disputes, and personal injury.
Holsenback has had a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating since 1999 and is a certified member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been consistently named one of the San Diego Daily Transcript's Top Attorneys (Real Estate Litigation, Corporate Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation) and one of the Top Lawyers in San Diego by San Diego Magazine.
Holsenback is a former Vice President and Director of the San Diego County Bar Association and a five-time member of the San Diego delegation to the annual California State Bar Conference of Delegates.
Holsenback received his law degree from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, King Hall, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound. He received his Mediation Training and Certificate from Northwestern University and completed "Mediating the Litigated Case™" training program from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law.
