Chip Adams, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Chip joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He has extensive litigation experience in matters involving products liability, transportation law, toxic torts, construction and industrial bodily injury matters, and general liability. He has served as statewide counsel for several multinational corporations in products liability actions and in trucking incidents representing clients in claims involving bodily injury and death, and has represented clients in trial throughout Texas and in various jurisdictions throughout the country. Chip earned his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and his B.S. from Texas A&M University.


Kathleen Benton, Partner
Los Angeles, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Katie joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She has experience in all phases of complex civil litigation. She specializes in product liability and toxic tort matters and has defended national clients, including premises owners, manufacturers, and retailers of construction, automotive, consumer, and industrial products. Katie earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Southern California.


Beverly Bond, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Beverly joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She specializes in complex litigation, representing clients on both a local and national level in toxic tort, catastrophic injury, and employment matters. Beverly serves as National Coordinating and Trial Counsel to several global corporations for their toxic tort litigation. Beverly earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Tennessee.


Andrea Cook, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Andrea joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She has significant experience representing property owners, developers, and management companies against premises liability claims, as well as defending litigation involving trucking, construction defect, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injuries. Prior to joining the firm, Andrea litigated first-party property insurance and third-party casualty matters in state and federal courts in both Texas and Illinois. Andrea earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and her B.A. from Northwestern University.


Gregory DeBeer, Partner
St. Louis, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Gregory joins the St. Louis office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. His practice focuses on general negligence, toxic tort and environmental litigation and product liability, but he also has experience in bankruptcy, contract and real estate law. Gregory has represented clients in all aspects of standard and complex litigation through trial. Gregory earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and his B.A. from DePauw University.


Saxon Guerriere, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Saxon joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He is an experienced member of trial teams in complex multi-district civil litigation. Saxon handles multiple cases for several clients in state, federal, and MDL courts across the country and is responsible for all aspects of litigation from inception through dismissal, settlement, or trial. Saxon earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his B.B.A. from Texas Christian University.


Jason Irvin, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Jason joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He advises Fortune 500 companies as well as small businesses in risk management and develops aggressive litigation strategies designed to protect their commercial interests and prevent lawsuit abuse. His clients have entrusted him with a variety of issues ranging from product liability, breach of contract, and allegations of fraud to environmental liabilities, real estate, and property damage. As national strategic counsel to several corporations, Jason focuses on litigation strategy, expert development, and trial work. Jason earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.


Barret Marshall, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Barret joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He defends clients in complex litigation throughout the country. Barret is experienced in defending product manufacturers, premises owners and employers through responding to new claims, fact and expert discovery, trial and appeal. He has managed national litigation for large corporate clients, including coordination of national discovery and trial strategies, development of corporate and expert witnesses, training of local counsel in jurisdictions across the country and reporting to in-house counsel and insurance carriers. Barret earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and his B.A. from Louisiana State University at Shreveport.


Katie Putnam, Partner
St. Louis, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Katie joins the St. Louis office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She defends clients in state and federal courts in matters related to toxic tort and environmental litigation, including claims of asbestos, talc, and benzene exposure. Additionally, she defends clients in matters involving employment law, product liability, transportation and FELA litigation, and trucking and automotive liability. Katie earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Missouri at St. Louis.


Edward Slaughter, Partner
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Edward joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He has been a trial lawyer for more than twenty years. Edward has represented corporations and individuals in high risk litigation including business litigation, product liability, toxic exposure cases and employer practices liability claims. He has represented defendants as national trial counsel and national coordinating counsel including employers, school systems, design engineering and construction firms and manufacturers of dozens of different products. Edward earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Memphis.

Andrew joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. Andrew earned his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and his B.S. from Wake Forest University.


Dixon Cheung, Associate
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Dixon joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He focuses on defending corporations and premises owners in complex product liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation involving exposure to asbestos, talc, and various chemicals. Mr. Cheung is involved in all phases of litigation from inception of a case through trial. Dixon earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and his B.A. from Baylor University.


Jadyn Cleveland, Associate

Jadyn joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She specializes in defending product manufacturers, premises owners, and businesses in asbestos-related toxic tort litigation pertaining to personal injury and wrongful death claims. She also has experience with employment, non-subscriber, and business litigation. Jadyn earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Arkansas.

Mark joins the St. Louis office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. His practice focuses on product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation, and business litigation. He helps clients achieve favorable outcomes in state and federal courts throughout the country. He has experience in all phases of litigation, including motion practice, legal research, discovery, and trial preparation. Mark earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Denver.


Christopher Enger, Associate
St. Louis, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Christopher joins the St. Louis office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He focuses on defending corporations in matters involving product liability, FELA, toxic tort, and environmental litigation arising from catastrophic injuries and wrongful death involving premises liability and exposures to asbestos, benzene, and various chemicals. Christopher earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.


Quincy Jones, Associate
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Quincy joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She defends mid-size to large corporations in toxic tort, environmental, and product liability litigation involving asbestos, talc, and various chemical exposures. She also represents individuals and businesses in high-risk litigation arising from premises liability. Quincy earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Arkansas.


Alexa Mizer, Associate
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Alexa joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She defends corporations against complex product liability, toxic tort, and environmental litigation involving catastrophic injury, premises liability, and property damage. Ms. Mizer participates in all phases of litigation from pretrial hearings, discovery, and depositions to drafting motions and attending trial. Alexa earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Arkansas.


Monica Niewiarowski, Associate
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Monica joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She defends manufacturers, distributors, and premises owners in a variety of product liability and toxic tort litigation involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. She is involved in all stages of litigation from initial responses, discovery, and case strategy to drafting motions, conducting depositions, and trial preparation. Monica earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas.


Nathan Pearman, Associate
Dallas, Environmental/Toxic Tort

Nathan joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. He represents small businesses to large global corporations in complex litigation involving high-stakes commercial disputes, employment matters, toxic exposures, and product liability defense. He has successfully tried cases and handled appeals in state and federal courts. Nathan earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Florida.

Kristina joins the Dallas office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She represents large global manufacturers of products for the industrial, chemical, and transportation sectors. She primarily defends clients in complex litigation involving toxic exposures and product liability. Kristina earned her J.D. from Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and her B.S. from Pepperdine University.
