Los Angeles Construction Partner Brenda Radmacher Interviewed by Claims and Litigation Management Magazine

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Construction Partner Brenda Radmacher was interviewed by CLM magazine along with three other CLM members for an article, "What are you looking forward to most in 2019?"

CLM magazine asked the interviewees: "What are you looking forward to most in 2019?" Radmacher responded: “I have always thrived when I am working to help people reach their potential—colleagues, coworkers, and clients. I’m looking forward to seeing this vision put into place at the various CLM conferences, including the annual conference in Orlando in March.”

Radmacher is a frequent speaker at CLM conferences and was an integral Education Committee Board member for the Annual Conference.

Radmacher’s practice emphasizes resolving complex construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, and, when necessary, arbitration and litigation, on projects in California, nationwide, and internationally. She frequently addresses claims involving breach of contract, construction and design defects, liens, delays and impacts, construction defects, bonds and insurance issues (including among others, general liability, builder’s risk, professional liability and subcontractor default insurance), and represents many of the nation’s largest contractors and developers in the commercial, multifamily, and residential markets. She has substantial experience in building envelope, water infiltration and mold-related claims, having counseled clients with respect to hundreds of such matters. Radmacher has defended all types of cases including mass actions and class action claims, defending residential homebuilders, commercial contractors, and design professionals. Radmacher has been a member of CLM since 2009.
