The article details the implications of AB 3018, signed by Jerry Brown in the last legislative session, including direction for who needs to comply and new penalties for non-compliance. “AB 3018 dramatically increased the penalties for non-compliance with the existing skilled and trained workforce requirements in California.” The article also explains the requirements for skilled and trained workforces and the new conditions for demonstrating compliance in the state.
