Gordon & Rees Miami Partners Participate in National Judicial College Artificial Intelligence Program

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani Partner, David Gersten, will moderate the National Judicial College’s presentation: “Artificial Intelligence in Courtroom Practice: What Lawyers and Judges Need to Know,” February 27 in Miami Florida. Gordon & Rees managing partner, Robin Symons will be a panelist for this event.

Since it’s founding more than 50 years ago, The National Judicial College (NJC) has been the nation’s premier judicial education institution. The first to offer programs to judges nationwide, the NJC continues to work with the judiciary to improve productivity, challenge current perceptions of justice, and inspire judges to achieve judicial excellence.

Gersten, former Chief Judge in Florida's Third District Court of Appeal, is a partner in the Commercial Litigation practice group of Gordon & Rees’ Miami office. He represents clients in litigation and appeals in a multitude of areas, including commercial, labor, administrative, real estate, land use, and probate law.

Symons is a member of the Labor and Employment, Insurance, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. Symons’ litigation and counseling practice focuses on sexual misconduct and employment practices liability, directors and officers liability, and complex insurance coverage litigation across all lines of insurance.
