Joseph Rivera, Jr. Appointed Deputy Regional President of New York for the Hispanic National Bar Association

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani New York associate Joseph T. Rivera, Jr. has been appointed a Deputy Regional President for the New York Region of the Hispanic National Bar Association ("HNBA").  In this role, Rivera will assist the Regional President by coordinating voter registration and education efforts, community outreach initiatives, networking opportunities, and collaborate with other bar associations among other duties.

Founded in 1972, the HNBA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, national membership organization that represents the interests of Hispanic legal professionals throughout the United States and its territories.  HNBA is committed to advocacy on issues of importance to the 58 million people of Hispanic heritage living in the U.S.

Rivera is a member of the Torts & Liability practice group where he focuses his practice on defending foreign manufacturers, distributors and retailers, including various Fortune 500 companies, in complex commercial product liability actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States and Canada.
