Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Natalie Fujikawa as an employment partner in the Sacramento office. Fujikawa was previously with Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office.

Fujikawa focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling for employers across a variety of industries, with extensive experience handling all aspects of employment litigation in state and federal courts. She represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies, such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board, and Employment Development Department.
Fujikawa serves on the Board of the Women Lawyers of Sacramento, and is a member of the Sacramento Employer Advisory Council, Sacramento County Bar Association, Sacramento Labor and Employment Law Section, SacLegal - Sacramento’s LGBT Bar Association, and the State Bar of California Labor and Employment Law Section. She is recognized as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Fujikawa earned her law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from University of Notre Dame.
