Partner Damon Wright Discusses Legal Exposure for Online Entrepreneurs on "Openly Outspoken" Podcast

Washington, D.C. partner Damon Wright was the featured guest on the Openly Outspoken podcast on November 13, 2020 in an episode titled "Best Ways to Reduce Legal Exposure as an Online Entrepreneur & Systemic Racism." Wright was interviewed by the show's host, Jeremy Adams.

During the hour-long episode, Wright and Adams discussed various topics involving advertising and e-commerce in the digital space and specifically addressed the five biggest mistakes e-commerce retailers are making. Wright  also discusses his pro bono work representing an inmate who had been on Alabama’s death row, securing the reversal of his death sentence and conviction. The episode then veers into the prevalence of and ways to address systemic racism. Openly Outspoken with Jeremy Adams is a podcast for authentic discussions on current events, business, politics, science, and more with some of the world’s best and brightest thought leaders.
