The session presented different scenarios involving discovery disputes, depositions and trial situations that challenged civility and professionalism. He is the firm's professional liability practice group leader. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict in federal and state courts. In addition to his trial practice, Palmeri has argued precedent-setting cases in federal and state appellate courts.
ABOTA is a national association of more than 6,000 experienced trial lawyers and judges dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
