Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani New Jersey Partner Michelle Molinaro Burke will be a featured presenter for the 2022 National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues ("FETTI") Conference September 21-23 in Chicago, Illinois.
She will co-present "PFAS 102: BI Claims," on Friday, September 23. This panel will explore the plaintiffs, scientific uncertainty, and defenses related to PFAS litigation. FETTI’s audience generally consists of insurance professionals, attorneys and supporting consultants. This conference is designed to provide environmental insurance industry professionals with updates and education on the latest trends associated with environmental and toxic tort issues. Continuing education units ("CEU") and continuing legal education ("CLE") credits for insurance representatives and counsel will be provided.
