Clair E. Wischusen Joins Gordon & Rees as Partner in New Jersey and Philadelphia Offices

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Clair E. Wischusen as partner in the firm's Florham Park, New Jersey and Philadelphia offices. She joins the Advertising & E-Commerce, Class Action, Commercial Litigation, Food & Beverage, and Government Regulatory & Administrative Law practice groups.

Wischusen is a skilled litigator with a national practice focused on complex commercial litigation.  She has represented clients in all aspects of business-related litigation, including cases in federal and state courts involving class actions, false advertising, trade secret and competition, antitrust, employment, and director and officer liability. Wischusen represents a broad range of clients across multiple industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, healthcare, technology, payment card, construction, and real estate. In addition to her litigation practice, Wischusen regularly counsels clients in developing and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns to minimize regulatory and litigation risk. 

“Clair comes to us with a proven track record of achieving favorable results for clients in complex, high-stakes claims.  Her experience and skillset will be a considerable asset to the firm’s national litigation practice,” said Ron Giller, managing partner of the firm’s New Jersey office.

She interned for the Honorable Nan R. Shuker of the District of Columbia Superior Court and the Philadelphia Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. While in law school, Wischusen was an executive editor and staff member of the Temple Journal of Science, Technology and Environmental Law.

Wischusen is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, and U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. 

She received her law degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Muhlenberg College.
