Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has an immediate opening for an Unlawful Detainer/Eviction Attorney in its Orange County, California office. Candidates may work remotely but will be required to make in person appearances depending on Court appearance rules. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of litigation experience. Entry level candidates with 0-2 years are encouraged to apply as well.

Excellent academic credentials, with proven skills in writing and verbal communication, analysis and research, a strong interest in litigation, and a commitment to superior client service are required. Position offers candidates a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, handle cases from intake to trial or settlement, and gain invaluable and immediate court and trial experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote, hybrid, part-time and full-time opportunities.

Candidates must be licensed to practice in California and available to attend in-person court hearings and trials across Southern California.

We offer a competitive compensation and full benefits package, including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
