Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national firm with offices in all 50 states, has immediate openings for junior and mid-level Business and Commercial Litigation Attorneys. All years of experience are welcome to apply!

We are a full-service AmLaw 100 firm with robust national and local practices. Our rapidly growing commercial litigation group offers unique growth and career development opportunities.

Candidates must have an excellent academic background, proven skills in writing, analysis, research, and be a self-starter who is able to take ownership of their work and contribute to active, complex matters pending in state and federal court. Preferred candidates will have experience propounding and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and drafting dispositive motions and pre-trial motions. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Experience defending class actions also a plus but not required.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

We offer a flexible, friendly and casual environment in our centrally located downtown San Diego and Carlsbad offices, and the ability to work remotely is an option. We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package, including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses, and student debt repayment assistance.

The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
