Employment Attorneys
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a full-service Fortune 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to work in its growing national management-side Employment, Labor & Workforce Management (ELWM) practice. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of relevant labor and employment law experience but welcome all levels to apply. This position requires knowledge of federal and state labor & employment laws (e.g., wage and hour, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA, FMLA, ADA, and similar state laws).
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. We have garnered national recognition for our demonstrated commitment to the recruitment, retention and advancement of qualified female and diverse attorneys.
Admission to practice law in California is mandatory.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling all aspects of litigation such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs, conducting, and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending court appearances. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including wage and hour, employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is also beneficial.
In addition to the base salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and flexible options to a hybrid work environment from any of our Southern CA offices.
The yearly salary range is between $100,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels. The actual salary offered may be above or below the identified range and will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, including the location where the position is filled.
