Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Office Coordinator in our Dallas office. Ideal candidate should have 2 or more years of experience. The position will support the Regional Office Administrator, with miscellaneous administrative tasks that may include, but are not limited to, applicant tracking, interview scheduling/ coordination, on-boarding of new employees, submission of expense reimbursements and invoices, and various administrative duties as needed. The position is open to remote working possibilities.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, law firm experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016
    (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iManage is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
