Justyn P. Stokely

Senior Counsel

Justyn Stokely represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation and business matters. He participates in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative agencies and arbitration. Justyn’s experience includes handling matters involving business disputes, unfair trade practices, misappropriation of trade secrets, contract disputes, employment litigation, and product liability claims.

Justyn began his legal career as a judicial law clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court and as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Spector, U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. He graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2017, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Law Review. While in law school, Justyn interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut and worked in the law school’s Veteran’s Legal Clinic.

Krystal Kelly

Krystal Kelly’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and trucking and transportation litigation.

Prior to joining GRSM, Krystal worked as an attorney at a Baltimore litigation firm where she focused on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on state and local government official matters, civil rights defense, employment law and public official liability. Krystal also worked as an attorney at a Philadelphia litigation firm where she focused on mass tort litigation and represented clients in federal court.

As a law student, Krystal was a member of the Transactional Law Society and was selected to represent her school at the Regional American Bar Association Negotiation Competition in Washington D.C. Krystal also had the privilege to intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Rani N. Bolen

Rani Nair Bolen has extensive experience in representing clients on complex workplace matters in federal and state courts and government agencies. Before focusing on civil matters, she built a career as a criminal defense attorney. This background has honed her ability to think strategically under pressure and navigate complex legal challenges with confidence. Allison E. Malone

Senior Counsel

Allison Malone is a Senior Counsel in the Charleston office of GRSM.

She has significant litigation experience in a variety of practices areas including motor vehicle and trucking accidents, premises liability, construction defect defense, medical malpractice, and Dram Shop liability. She is a member of the Healthcare, Commercial Litigation, and Professional Liability groups at GRSM.

Allison earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is passionate about legal writing, which led to her serving as an editor on two legal journals and as a legal writing teaching assistant during her J.D. program. She also received the CALI Award for the Highest Grade in Pre-Trial Litigation and an Order of the Coif designation.

Prior to joining GRSM, Allison worked as an associate attorney for several regional insurance defense firms where she gained valuable experience defending individuals, including medical professionals, contractors, and real estate professionals, as well as corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of legal matters. She also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Deadra L. Jefferson in South Carolina’s Ninth Judicial Circuit. In addition, Allison participated in the Trial Academy program hosted by the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association where she tried a mock medical malpractice case before a sitting federal judge.

Allison resides in Charleston with her husband and their beloved greyhound, Louie. She enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, traveling, reading, and attending concerts.

Kyle Johnson focuses his practice on complex commercial and civil litigation.

Kyle has spent his entire career defending Fortune 500 companies and individual defendants in a wide-ranging variety of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, defamation, tortious interference, product liability, assault, and wrongful death. He prides himself on his preparation, attention to detail, and ability to think on his feet.
