Annie Duong

Annie Duong advises clients on general business planning, contract negotiation and drafting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining GRSM, Annie served as a judicial intern at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in West Palm Beach, Florida. She went on to represent and advise the State of Florida in business and insurance regulatory matters, including drafting bills for statutory enactment, administrative rulemaking, and prosecuting and enforcing fraud and unfair competition violations by businesses, entities, and professionals.

Andrew L. Johnson

Andrew Johnson is an accomplished business litigator with a proven track record of success in both California state and federal courts. He has more than 15 years of experience handling a wide range of complex business litigation matters, with a primary focus on partnership disputes, including extensive motion practice and discovery in California state and federal courts. He also focuses on breaches of contract, partnerships, trade secrets, and breaches of fiduciary duties.

Andrew’s background in counseling and defending companies in variety of employment claims – including wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination matters – bolsters his ability to serve businesses across industries. Additionally, his experience includes analysis of claims and defenses related to property purchase agreements and appeal defense to California Court of Appeal regarding administrative activities and county budget issues.

A hands-on litigator, Andrew takes a proactive approach to manage matters from inception to resolution. He is skilled at preparing and arguing dispositive motions and conducting and defending depositions. Anthony C. Soldato

Anthony Soldato focuses on all aspects of civil litigation notably with respect to real estate matters, corporate, LLC and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and counseling related to pre-litigation risks and liabilities. Anthony’s particular experience includes defense and prosecution of matters involving residential and commercial real estate, mortgage lender and servicer issues, construction defects, and business, LLC, and corporate litigation. He has handled a wide array of disputes through pre-litigation processes, significant pretrial motion practice (various discovery matters and dispositive motions), arbitration, trial, and through appeal.

Anthony recalls the earliest memories of his pursuit of a legal career forming during his childhood in Darien, IL. His father, who acted both as an in-house attorney and long-time mayor of their suburban city, always provided insight on the legal system, democratic process, and politics. After graduating from Santa Clara University Law School in 2008, Anthony took a different path to civil litigation practice through work with different San Francisco companies and later as a contract city attorney for the City of Morgan Hill.

Eventually, Anthony joined a real estate litigation firm in San Francisco. As a real estate litigator, Anthony handled various cases: landlord-tenant issues; residential and commercial lease disputes; land use issues; and administrative claims involving residential real estate before the City and County of San Francisco Board of Appeals and Rent Control Board.

Since moving to Seattle in 2013, Anthony branched out in new practice areas while maintaining his practice throughout Washington and California. He has represented attorneys, real estate professionals, mortgage servicers and lenders, public entities, and both small and large corporations. He has handled all phases of litigation practice in real estate disputes, tort cases (general and professional liability), construction defects, construction contract disputes, proposed mass-plaintiff and class actions matters, and business/employment and contract disputes. Anthony counsels clients through any realm of civil litigation, arbitration, or pre-litigation disputes while providing unique expertise to the firm’s corporate and transactional clients through his years of litigation practice.
