Gordon & Rees to Present April 8 Webinar on EEOC Investigations and Administrative Mediations

As part of the firm’s 2014 National Employment Law Webinar Series, Gordon & Rees will hold a webinar titled “Mediate? Why Mediate? The Upside of EEOC Investigations and Administrative Mediations” on April 8 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. PDT.

The live webinar offers free, practical training on current and emerging employment law issues for large and small companies. Gordon & Rees attorneys will provide in-house counsel, human resources professionals, payroll managers, and others with a convenient way to stay up to speed so they can make well-informed employment decisions on a day-to-day basis and avoid the expense and uncertainty of litigation.

For the April webinar, Robert A. Bragalone and Laura E. De Santos of the firm’s Dallas and Houston offices, respectively, will discuss Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) mediation procedures and how to use them to your favor; dispel myths of EEOC mediation; and bypassing mediation.  A Q&A session will follow the webinar.
