Philadelphia Attorney Matthew Taylor Featured Presenter on Sexual Harassment Awareness at Tri-State HRMA Conference

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani associate Matthew Taylor will be a featured presenter at the Tri-State Human Resource Management Association Legal Symposium on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Rowan College in Gloucester County, New Jersey. Taylor's presentation is titled "Sexual Harassment Awareness and Recent Legal Trends: Employer Best Practices," will provide Human Resources professionals with the tools to identify and manage incidents of sexual harassment in the work place. Taylor will address:

  • Legal standard for sexual harassment claims.
  • Hypothetical scenarios to illustrate sexual harassment.
  • Litigation issues that arise in context of defending sexual harassment claims.
  • Best practices for employers regarding sexual harassment policies and investigations.

  • Recent trends in the law focusing on New Jersey/Pennsylvania law.
