Gordon & Rees Health Care Partner Peggy Kozal will be a Featured Speaker at the 2019 AHLA’s Long Term Care and the Law Conference

On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, Denver Partner Peggy Kozal will speak at the 2019 American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Long Term Care and the Law Conference regarding the Fundamentals of Medicare and Medicaid Reimbursement. She will cover the structure of the Medicare Program, including sources of Medicare coverage, reimbursement laws, program administration and operation. Kozal will emphasize Medicare Parts A – D eligibility, various provider types covered under the Medicare system, and current and proposed reimbursement models.

Kozal is a member of the AHLA Post-Acute & Long-Term Care Services Committee, currently serving as the Social Media Chair. The AHLA Conference will be held in Phoenix, Arizona, from February 27 – March 1, 2019.  For more information about the program, please click here.
