Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani continues its 2026 growth with the addition of partners James Regan and Greil Roberts to its Hartford office. Roberts, who was with the firm from September 2011 to September 2023, returns to GRSM as the office builds on the momentum of its recent expansion in Hartford. Their combined experience further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in Connecticut and across the country.

Regan is a proven litigator and trial lawyer with 20 years of experience handling complex business disputes across the country. He has a track record of achieving excellent results for domestic and international clients in a broad range of industries. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
