Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Annie Duong as a Partner in the firm’s Fresno office. She strengthens the Commercial Litigation practice, enhancing the firm’s presence in Northern California.
Duong is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney advising clients on general business planning, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance across various industries. She began her legal career as a judicial intern at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in West Palm Beach, Florida. She went on to represent and advise the State of Florida at the Department of Financial Services in business and insurance regulatory matters, including drafting statutory bills, administrative rulemaking, and prosecuting and enforcing fraud and unfair competition violations.
Prior to joining GRSM, Duong served as a partner at a full-service law firm where she regularly represented clients in business and commercial litigation matters including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business torts, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.

She is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, all state courts in Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California, and the California Northern Bankruptcy Court. She earned her law degree from Florida State University and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
