Zachary Bloomer, Associate |
Zachary joins the Salt Lake City office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. His practice has been primarily focused on real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning, probate, and trust litigation, business transactions, and public and government relations. He has a personal interest in each of these areas of law and has been able to funnel his passion into successful representation of his clients through each of these processes. Zachary earned his J.D. from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah and his B.A. from Arizona State University.

Robert joins the Pittsburgh office as a member of the Real Estate and Energy practice groups. He concentrates his practice counseling exploration & production (E&P) companies, midstream clients and mineral rights companies on a wide variety of energy matters, including, but not limited to, oil and gas title examination and division of interests, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, title curative litigation and statutory procedures, land and leasing issues, title and leasing litigation, joint ventures, farm outs and surface use issues. Robert earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. from Ohio University.

Christopher Drury, Associate |
Christopher joins the Hartford office as a member of the Employment and Product & General Liability practice groups. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts with an emphasis on disputes involving products liability, employment law, breach of contract, business torts, and unfair trade practices, including violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act and the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Law, M.G.L.A. c. 93A. He has also represented clients in business disputes involving noncompetition agreements, business insurance claims, the Uniform Commercial Code, trademark, copyright, and patent infringement claims, and theft of proprietary information and trade secrets claims. Christopher earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School and his B.A. from Middlebury College.

Adelle joins the Seattle office as a member of the Insurance, ERISA, and Health Care practice groups. She has successfully defended healthcare facilities, higher education institutions, retailers, and other employers in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. She litigates claims for wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, violation of leave and wage and hour laws, and disability accommodation. Adelle earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Washington.

Qing joins the Florham Park office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. She has extensive experience in representing clients in matters ranging from complex commercial litigation, employment discrimination claims, constitutional violations allegations, NJ Tort Claims Act, Open Public Records Act defense and enforcement, and contested probate litigation. She is well-versed in filing and defending Orders to Show Cause, seeking temporary restraints and for summary actions, having served as a law clerk to the Hon. Walter Koprowski, Jr., P.J.Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Essex Vicinage, Chancery Division, General Equity and Probate Parts. Qing earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and her B.A. from Drew University.

Stacey joins the Chicago office as a member of the Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. She represents corporations and product manufacturers in environmental and toxic tort claims. Stacey develops daily litigation strategy in complex, multi-defendant product liability cases and defends a variety of defendants including suppliers, premises and product manufacturers. She is involved in all aspects of litigation including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and early resolution of cases. Stacey earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. from Duke University.

Bryan joins the Chicago office as a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. He has experience in all phases of litigation. He has conducted trials, participated in arbitrations, and argued appeals. His cases have involved class actions, consumer finance, and insurance disputes. Bryan has experience with the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Homeowner’s Protection Act (HPA), Illinois Consumer Fraud Act (ICFA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Bryan earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Lawrence University.

Travis joins the New York office as a member of the Product & General Liability practice group. He investigates pre-litigation claims, seeking to resolve them favorably and expeditiously, while also handling litigation matters from inception all the way through verdict or mediation if necessary. Travis earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Yale University.

Maia joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Insurance practice group. She is an experienced litigator handling all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses primarily on representing insurance companies in high-exposure, complex cases against claims for breach of contract, bad faith, and fraud. Maia earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Timothy joins the Los Angeles office as a member of the Insurance practice group. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in D&O, professional indemnity, cyber liability, commercial crime, and property damage and business interruption matters, including subrogated recovery actions. Timothy earned his LL.M. from the University of Technology, Sydney and his B.A. from Australian Catholic University.

Sneh joins the Tampa office as a member of the Insurance practice group. She represents insurance carriers against property claims, which includes providing a coverage analysis. She joins Gordon & Rees with prior experience as an insurance defense attorney who concentrated her practice in defending against property damage, personal injury, premises liability, and bad faith litigation. Sneh earned her J.D. from UIC John Marshall Law School and her B.A. from the University of Florida.

Keith earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and his B.S.M.E. from Southern Methodist University.

Before joining Gordon & Rees, Alexandra worked as a Senior Trial Paralegal for 12 years at large law firms, working on products liability cases. Alexandra earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School and her B.A. from California State University, Northridge.

Steven joins the New Orleans office as a member of the Employment Law, Health Care, and Commercial Litigation practice groups. He is a well-respected counselor and mediator in the area of employment law. He also litigates employment, business, and commercial claims on behalf of companies and individuals. Steven has broad litigation experience with respect to all federal and state discrimination, retaliation, harassment and leave statutes as well as statutory and state common law "personal injury" claims such as negligence, assault and battery, invasion of privacy, libel and slander, outrage/intentional infliction of emotional distress, workers' compensation and co-employee claims and other injury claims. He also handles commercial litigation matters as well as incoming and outgoing employment and service contracts for physicians, executives and sales professionals including non-compete, non-solicitation, trade secret, bonus, recruitment and equity/profit share litigation. Steven earned his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and his A.B. from Columbia University.

Collin joins the Seattle office as a member of the Construction practice group. His practice focuses on construction law, with significant litigation and dispute resolution experience. He brings a unique perspective to his work at Gordon & Rees following several years representing clients on both sides of construction defect and warranty claim matters. In addition to his courtroom experience, Collin has represented clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Further, he has advised clients in contract negotiations and pre-litigation matters, in an effort to avoid prolonged and unnecessary disputes. Collin earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Washington.
