Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Boca Raton office continues to build momentum in South Florida following its July 2025 opening. With the addition of Associate Brandon Shinder, the office has further strengthened its complex litigation capabilities and expanded the firm’s ability to serve clients in Palm Beach County and throughout the region.

The Boca Raton office focuses on complex commercial and probate litigation, with particular strength in corporate disputes, real estate litigation, shareholder and member disputes, guardianship matters, and high-stakes fiduciary litigation. The team represents businesses, developers, high-net-worth individuals, and fiduciaries in significant Florida matters and in disputes requiring coordination across GRSM’s nationwide platform.
Lance Shinder, Kyle Johnson, and Jordan Utanski, who joined GRSM in April 2025, were instrumental in launching the Boca Raton office later that year and have helped position it as a strong South Florida platform for sophisticated litigation matters. The team is currently handling several significant probate and commercial litigation disputes in South Florida and continues to build on its reputation for resolving high-exposure matters through strategic advocacy and early resolution when appropriate.
