Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has achieved Mansfield Certification status for the second consecutive year after successfully completing Diversity Lab’s Mansfield 2024-2025 Certification process.
Administered by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a year-long structured certification process designed to ensure all qualified talent at participating law firms has a fair and equal opportunity to be considered for advancement into leadership. To ensure its continued effectiveness, the certification standards are regularly updated in response to data-driven insights.
GRSM’s diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts are led by the firm’s Diversity Committee, co-chaired by Partners Franz Hardy, Laura De Santos, and Debra Ellwood Meppen, Chair of the Women’s Initiative, along with other firm leaders.
