Holly Beal is a Partner in the Orange County office and a member of the Environmental and Toxic Tort practice. She represents contractors, distributors, manufacturers, premises owners, and public entities in environmental disputes, including cases arising out of asbestos and benzene exposure. Her clients include automotive manufacturers, commercial construction companies, talc producers, and utility companies. She also has experience in defending complex construction and general liability matters.
Jonathan Drews is a Partner in the Chicago office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice. He concentrates his practice in securities litigation, securities regulation, insurance defense, and commercial litigation. He draws upon that experience to counsel financial services firms and their employees in enforcement and individual actions, class and mass action litigation, and arbitrations before the securities industry’s self-regulatory organizations and in federal courts across the country.
DeWayne Pope is a Partner in the Birmingham office and a member of the Employment practice. He has extensive experience defending employers in various employment litigation matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, and leave-related claims. In addition to his litigation practice, Pope counsels employers on compliance and risk mitigation strategies, including workplace investigations, disability accommodations, policy drafting, and management training.
Alison Pringle is a Partner in the San Diego office and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property practices. Her bi-coastal practice is focused on helping guide clients through the intricacies of IP law. She is skilled in handling copyright, trademark, breach of contract, fraud, licensing, and privacy and publicity rights disputes through all stages of litigation. Pringle advises clients on matters including licensing deals that expand markets, social media and internet practices, IP enforcement and asset protection, and artificial intelligence, to mitigate risk while preserving key business relationships and profitability.
Amy Rosario is a Partner in the Seattle office and a member of the Construction practice. With extensive knowledge of contract disputes, construction defects, premises liability, and business and economic torts, Rosario offers strategic legal guidance to clients facing challenging legal issues. She is highly skilled in all stages of litigation, including alternative dispute resolution, motion practice, and trial advocacy, ensuring effective representation for her clients. Her experience enables her to skillfully manage every aspect of a lawsuit from inception to resolution.
Erin Salfen is a Partner in the St. Louis office and a member of the Commercial Litigation practice. She is an experienced litigator, representing clients in healthcare, privacy, employment, products liability, transportation, environmental, malpractice, coverage, and all types of commercial litigation. She also advises clients on navigating federal, state, and international law, negotiations, and contractual issues. She has won verdicts for her clients at trial, pre-trial dismissals, and led successful mediations and arbitrations.
Leigh Woodruff is a Partner in the San Diego office and a member of the Intellectual Property practice. Woodruff represents clients in intellectual property, commercial litigation, antitrust, appellate, construction, professional liability, unfair competition, and other areas. She has more than two decades of experience litigating commercial disputes in state and federal courts nationwide.
