Heidi Nichols Named to Leadership Roles in Oklahoma City and Tulsa Offices

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce that Partner Heidi Nichols has been named Co-Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices. In her expanded leadership role, Nichols will serve alongside Bob Bragalone in Oklahoma City and Chris Norcross in Tulsa, helping guide the continued growth and success of both offices.

An experienced commercial litigator, Nichols advises and defends clients in high-stakes and complex disputes spanning contract litigation, product liability, premises liability, environmental claims, wrongful death matters, insurance coverage disputes, and mass tort defense. Since joining the firm in December 2025, Nichols has quickly become a trusted advisor to clients and a valued leader within the firm.

“Heidi has demonstrated exceptional leadership, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to client service,” said Laura De Santos, Regional Oversight Partner. “Her experience, collaborative approach, and dedication to the firm’s culture make her ideally suited to help lead our Oklahoma offices as we continue to grow across the region.”

Nichols joins longtime Oklahoma City Office Managing Partner Bob Bragalone, who founded the firm’s Oklahoma City office when it opened in 2017 and has played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the firm’s presence in the state. Together, they will continue building on the office’s strong foundation and client-focused approach.

The firm also extends its sincere appreciation to Edward Slaughter, who founded the Tulsa office and has led it since its opening in 2023. As Slaughter continues serving as Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Little Rock office, leadership of the Tulsa office continues under Chris Norcross, who has been instrumental in the office’s growth and the expansion of client relationships throughout the region. Slaughter will remain focused on expanding the firm’s Environmental & Toxic Tort and Food & Beverage practices.

GRSM’s Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices serve clients throughout Oklahoma and across the region, providing sophisticated counsel in complex litigation, employment, healthcare, construction, environmental, energy, insurance, agribusiness, transportation, and business matters. Together, the offices further strengthen the firm’s 50-state platform and commitment to delivering exceptional client service wherever clients do business.
