Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani has opened an office in Fayetteville, expanding the firm’s presence in Arkansas and establishing a location in the rapidly growing Northwest Arkansas metropolitan area. The Fayetteville office is GRSM’s second location in Arkansas and is home to Senior Counsel Robert C. Dalby and Kevin A. Flores. Dalby joined the firm in July and Flores joined GRSM this month.

Dalby focuses his practice on civil litigation and commercial transactions, handling a variety of issues across environmental and toxic torts, intellectual property, international law, transportation, aviation, and entertainment. He brings years of experience spanning litigation, domestic and international commercial transactions, cross-border trade, alternative dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, he has experience in both private practice and an in-house corporate legal role.
Flores focuses his practice on civil litigation, including product liability, environmental and toxic torts, construction, and real estate. He also advises businesses and individuals on contractual, transactional, regulatory, and risk management matters. His background includes nearly a decade of federal service in legal, policy, and leadership roles. A Northwest Arkansas native, Flores is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law.
