Komal Chokshi Joins GRSM as Healthcare Partner in California

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Komal Chokshi as a Partner in California. She enhances the Healthcare and Product Liability practices, further expanding the firm’s capabilities.

Chokshi focuses her practice on healthcare law, guiding healthcare clients through complex, high-stakes litigation. She has handled all aspects of litigation for healthcare clients, including jury trials, arguing motions, arbitrations, mediations, depositions, and negotiating settlements. She has also managed general and product liability matters.

Before joining GRSM, Chokshi also served on two executive leadership teams, first as Chief Diversity Officer and later as Director of DEI, bringing valuable experience in organizational strategy, workforce development, and executive-level decision-making.

She is admitted to practice in California. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Davis, and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
