Cheyenne Frazier focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with experience handling business disputes, real estate and development issues, contract interpretation, and municipal and land use matters.

Prior to joining GRSM, Cheyenne served as the Assistant Director of Planning and Community Development for the Town of Milton, Massachusetts. In that role, she advised on zoning and land use matters and reviewed development applications and permitting issues. This background informs her practical approach to land use and real estate matters in her litigation practice.
