Christopher McCann focuses his practice on matters involving general liability, asbestos litigation, and talc litigation. He represents clients throughout Missouri and Illinois on various matters including automotive claims, coverage issues, first-party insurance claims, trucking litigation, and toxic torts.
- Successfully represented insureds, insurers, and corporations in defending and prosecuting civil matters, specifically product liability, toxic tort claims, transportation, wrongful death, personal injury, collections, and municipal matters through all facets of litigation including pre-suit negotiations, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, first chair jury and bench trials, and post-trial issues.
