Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani continues its 2026 growth with the addition of lateral partners Marissa Gittler and Christopher McCann to its Chicago office. Their combined experience further strengthens the firm’s capabilities in Illinois and across the country.

Marissa Gittler focuses her practice on defending corporations in product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation. Throughout her career, she has worked in various other areas of law, including premises liability, entertainment, products liability, real estate, pharmaceutical malpractice, criminal, employment, and construction defect. Gittler is admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.
Christopher McCann focuses his practice on matters involving general liability, asbestos litigation, and talc litigation. He represents clients throughout Missouri and Illinois on various matters, including automotive claims, coverage issues, first-party insurance claims, trucking litigation, and toxic torts. McCann is admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
