Delann Fraschetti Finch focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, representing employers through all phases of disputes, from pre-suit investigations and administrative proceedings to litigation in state and federal courts. Her employment law background includes representing clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts involving claims of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and state law wage and hour, Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD), New Jersey Earned Sick Leave Law (ESLL), and Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).
