Erik has more than 20 years of experience representing clients in federal and state courts across multiple jurisdictions, handling complex matters from pre-litigation investigation through trial and appeals. He develops and executes comprehensive legal strategies, ensuring consistent positions and efficient, proactive discovery management, including aggressive defense designed to deter potential claims.

A valued business partner to executives, Erik counsels senior management on potential liabilities, regulatory requirements, and business process structuring to mitigate risk. Erik has extensive experience handling matters involving product liability, commercial and contract disputes including intellectual property, trade secrets, and privacy, environmental and toxic torts, employment litigation including wage and hour matters, negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death.

Earlier in his career, Erik also held corporate leadership roles, including serving as a director at a Fortune 500 company where he advised C-suite executives and general counsel on transactional tax issues, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring. This experience provides him with a deep understanding of corporate operations, compliance, and risk management.
