Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce the addition of two highly accomplished litigators to its Ventura County office. Partner Erik Slechta and Of Counsel Kent Lowry will represent employers in complex employment litigation, strengthening GRSM’s Southern California Employment platform.
Slechta and Lowry will divide their time between the Los Angeles and Ventura offices, adding further depth to GRSM’s Southern California trial team. Together, the duo will bolster the firm’s ability to help clients address some of the most complex employment challenges employers see.
“Their decision to join our Southern California team reflects the strength of our national platform, our continued growth in California, and most importantly, our commitment to investing in truly top-notch talent,” shared Debra Ellwood Meppen, National Chair of GRSM’s Employment Practice group and Ventura County Office Managing Partner.
“We are thrilled to welcome Erik back to GRSM. He brings with him not only extraordinary trial skills and cutting-edge strategy, but he also possesses the character, leadership, and collegiality that defines our firm. Together, their addition further strengthens the team and enhances the firm culture we continue to build.”
“I am excited to return to GRSM and rejoin an excellent group of litigators who care about their cases, clients, and the ethical practice of law. I am also rejoining the firm because of the collaborative environment, mentorship, and strong leadership,” said Slechta. “GRSM offers the kind of environment where strong lawyers, strong relationships, and a collaborative culture come together in a meaningful way.”
