He has successfully led land use and zoning initiatives across more than 70 jurisdictions in Maryland and Virginia. Greg is recognized as one of the region’s top lawyers in the telecommunications and digital infrastructure space. Wireless carriers, tower companies, data center developers, fiber providers, and energy/infrastructure clients depend on his command of local, state, and federal issues (like Section 6409, shot clock, BEAD , FCC Orders, Telecom Act claims, etc.) to secure approvals, resolve disputes, and drive projects forward.

Greg is particularly sought after for strategic guidance on digital infrastructure projects, data centers, towers, electric substations and utility interconnections, small cell, broadband/fiber deployments, colocation/expansion rights, and related regulatory compliance.

Greg is client-centered, representing both companies and individuals and he is active in the Baltimore community.  He sits on the Board of Trustees for the Living Classrooms Foundation and the Board of Directors for the DevelopMore Foundation.
