Ian Bausback focuses his practice on complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory and compliance matters. He has significant experience handling all aspects of case workup for commercial disputes in California state and federal courts, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.

Ian has represented companies and executives in a wide range of matters, including complex commercial disputes, class actions, shareholder derivative actions, civil antitrust matters, False Claims Act claims, and securities fraud litigation. Earlier in his career, he developed extensive courtroom and advocacy experience through managing litigation strategy, preparing dispositive and procedural motions, and negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
