Jasir Soomro focuses his practice on commercial litigation and intellectual property. He is known for his strategic approach to complex legal challenges and his ability to deliver favorable outcomes in high-stake cases. Jasir represents clients in both state and federal courts, focusing on legal matters involving business disputes and intellectual property.

Jasir’s diverse legal experience includes externships with the Supreme Court of California, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, and Orange County Superior Court. During these placements, he gained hands-on experience in legal research and drafting bench memoranda. This foundational experience honed his advocacy skills and provided him with a deep understanding of litigation strategy and procedure, which he brings to his practice.

During law school, Jasir also served as a Certified Law Clerk at the California Department of Justice and as a Research Assistant to Professor Michael Rappaport, where he provided support on constitutional law matters. Throughout his legal education, he participated in several advocacy competitions, earning numerous accolades for his oral advocacy skills. He also received three Cali Excellence for the Future Awards in Criminal Law, Legal Writing, and Law of Vice. Jasir’s diverse legal experiences, combined with his dedication to public service, reflect his commitment to both refining his craft and making a positive impact in the community.
