Kevin Flores’ practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including product liability, environmental and toxic tort, commercial disputes, and other high-stakes matters. He represents clients in matters involving product and general liability, contracts, construction, real estate, and complex business disputes.

Kevin works with GRSM’s national litigation teams representing clients across a range of industries. He also advises businesses and individuals on contractual, transactional, regulatory, and risk-management matters, with an emphasis on practical solutions that account for legal and business considerations.

Kevin spent nearly a decade in federal service, including senior leadership and policy roles with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Small Business Administration. During his federal service, he was selected to serve as a White House Fellow, the nation’s premier program for leadership and public service.

Before his legal and federal government career, Kevin served six years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he deployed to Iraq and served as a Marine Security Guard protecting U.S. diplomatic missions overseas, including in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Islamabad, Pakistan; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Kevin also served in elected public office as a member of the Springdale City Council in his hometown.

Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his B.A. from Fordham University in New York City. He is fluent in Spanish.

A Northwest Arkansas native, Kevin remains active in the region’s business and civic communities. Outside of his practice, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and fly fishing.
