Marissa Gittler focuses her practice on the defense of corporations in product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation. In addition, throughout her career, she has worked in various other areas of law including, premises liability, entertainment, products liability, real estate, pharmaceutical malpractice, criminal, employment, and construction defect.

- Handled and oversaw trial preparation, including Motions in Limine, page and line designations, exhibit list, witness lists, jury instruction, special verdict forms, and trial binders.
- Handled a 70+ case load from inception to resolution, including attending numerous court appearances.
- Prepared and argued numerous Motions for Summary Judgment/Adjudication.
- Handled trial preparation, including prepared Motions in Limine, exhibit lists, jury instructions, special verdict forms, and trial binders.
