Melissa Bickel is a seasoned attorney with more than 25 years of legal experience spanning both defense and plaintiff-side personal injury matters, as well as public sector representation. She began her career as a personal injury defense attorney, where she served as sole trial counsel in ten automobile-related cases, securing favorable verdicts in each.
• Served as lead/trial counsel managing case files from inception through trial, post-trial proceedings and appeals.
• Handled internal labor relations, including client consultation, analysis of collective bargaining agreements and binding arbitrations.
• Served as sole counsel handling cannabis writs and directing administration hearings related to cannabis penalties.
