Morgan M. Sorena

Morgan has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, handling matters from inception through resolution, including trial, verdict, and appeal. She has prepared pleadings, managed discovery, handled depositions, retained and worked with experts, argued motions, and managed complex litigation strategy at all stages including through trial and on appeal. She also has experience with appellate briefing and oral argument, including matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Born and raised in Montana, Morgan left for college and attended University of San Diego followed by Notre Dame Law School. Early in her career, Morgan practiced at several litigation firms, gaining experience in complex civil litigation across multiple practice areas. She also worked on significant class action and personal injury litigation, including involvement in high-profile litigation arising from the Flint, Michigan water crisis. She also practiced in Montana with her father for a number of years on a wide and diverse variety of cases across the state, always wanting to litigate and take on more work. She now handles claims in both California and Montana and, when not litigating, enjoys spending time outside with her family.
