Morgan M. Sorena focuses her practice on civil litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters. Her experience includes personal injury, product liability, insurance disputes, employment-related claims, securities litigation, construction defect matters, medical malpractice, and class actions.

Morgan has extensive trial experience in both federal and state courts, handling matters from inception through resolution, including trial, verdict, and appeal. She has prepared pleadings, managed discovery, handled depositions, argued motions, and managed complex litigation strategy at all stages. She also has experience with appellate briefing and oral argument, including matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and other appellate courts.

Earlier in her career, Morgan practiced at several litigation firms, gaining experience in medical malpractice defense and complex civil litigation across multiple practice areas. She also worked on significant class action and personal injury litigation, including involvement in high-profile litigation arising from the Flint, Michigan water crisis.
