Nathan is experienced in representing insurers, business entities, individuals, fiduciaries, and closely held business owners. He has managed matters from intake through trial and appeal, including multi-day trials to verdict and appellate advocacy before Utah appellate courts. His experience also includes business formation and transactions, entity formation, operating and shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, asset and stock purchase transactions, and outside general counsel services for small and mid-market businesses.
Earlier in his career, Nathan co-founded a boutique law practice and a statewide nonprofit legal services organization, where he represented clients in trust and estate administration, fiduciary disputes, family law matters, business transactions, and civil litigation.
