GRSM Adds Three Partners Across Northwest Offices

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is pleased to announce the addition of Partners Timothy Campbell, Nathan Garcia, and Steven Gassert in its Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Portland offices, respectively. Their backgrounds across litigation, employment, education, insurance defense, trusts and estates, and professional liability further strengthen the firm’s capabilities throughout the Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, and nationwide. 

“Timothy, Nathan, and Steven are strong attorneys who understand their local markets and can draw on the resources of our national platform to serve clients wherever their needs arise,” said Allen Estes, Regional Oversight Partner of GRSM’s Northwest offices. “Each brings valuable experience and a practical approach to client service that will strengthen our teams throughout the region.” 

Campbell focuses his practice on employment, education, and commercial litigation matters. He represents public entities and private clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including civil rights, personal injury, employment law, wrongful death, and sexual abuse cases. Campbell also has significant experience representing and defending public entities, including school districts. He is admitted to practice in Washington, Montana, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. 

Garcia focuses his practice on commercial litigation, insurance defense, estate and trust litigation, wealth management and probate matters, and domestic relations. He represents insurers and their insureds, closely held businesses and their owners, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and families in litigation across Utah state and federal courts. Garcia also advises business owners on entity formation, operating and shareholder agreements, buy-sell structures, and asset and stock purchase transactions. He is admitted to practice in Utah, Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. 

Gassert focuses his practice on professional liability and commercial litigation matters. His background includes construction defect litigation, real estate law, and condominium and homeowners association law. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
