Trent Cromartie is experienced in a wide variety of legal disputes, including construction and design defect, personal injury, contract disputes, real estate, wrongful death and survival actions, probate, civil protection orders, wage and employment, replevin, landlord and tenant, class action defense, association disputes, premises liability, insurance defense, bad faith, commercial litigation, property loss, subrogation, administrative claims, professional liability defense, and prosecution of civil claims. Trent has taken lead on his cases since his first year of practice in 2019 by investigating and analyzing claims, developing litigation strategy, advising carriers and clients, pursuing discovery, and assessing potential exposure.
