Robert Dalby’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and commercial transactions. He handles a variety of issues including commercial and corporate matters, environmental and toxic torts, intellectual property, international law, transportation, aviation, and entertainment. In litigation, Robert guides clients through case development, trial, and appeal in both state and federal courts across the United States. In transactional work, he represents and advises institutions, business leaders, and entrepreneurs in a broad range of commercial and contractual affairs.
