Robert Dalby’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and commercial transactions. He handles a variety of issues including commercial and corporate matters, environmental and toxic torts, intellectual property, international law, transportation, aviation, and entertainment. In litigation, Robert guides clients through case development, trial, and appeal in both state and federal courts across the United States. In transactional work, he represents and advises institutions, business leaders, and entrepreneurs in a broad range of commercial and contractual affairs.

Robert brings years of comprehensive legal experience spanning civil litigation, domestic and international commercial transactions, cross-border trade, alternative dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. Prior to GRSM, Robert held roles at respected law firms and as in-house counsel for a Fortune 300 company. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented diverse corporate and individual clients in dealings across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Canada, and Asia.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where he was selected as an Articles Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. During law school, Robert also served as an extern to Justice Courtney Hudson of the Arkansas Supreme Court and Judge Timothy Brooks of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, International Relations, and European Politics from the University of Arkansas. Robert lives in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and their two dogs.
