Steven Gassert focuses his practice on professional liability and commercial litigation matters. He has a diverse legal background that includes experience in construction defect litigation, real estate law, and condominium and homeowners association law.

Prior to joining GRSM, Steven served as assistant vice president and general counsel for a health care cost containment company, where he acted as the company’s primary legal officer. Earlier in his career, he worked for a class action and mass tort solutions company, where his practice focused primarily on construction defect litigation.
